OUR MISSION

Our mission here at Mindful Methods is to develop and create mindful products that assists anyone with raising their vibration mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and metaphysically. From the standpoint of the largest organ on our body, our skin – it can be difficult to reach a peaceful state of mind if your skin is inflamed and out of balance from using body care products that contain harsh ingredients and chemicals that rob it of nutrients. Pesticides are spread on everything from the food we eat to the clothes we wear on a daily basis, and can contribute to allergic reactions and our overall wellbeing. Gemstones and crystals have been used for centuries to aid and restore balance to our chakra/subtle energy centers thereby creating a more harmonious mood. Practicing Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or any internal energy exercise daily has been shown to improve one’s overall health and keep sickness at bay.

When you see the Mindful Methods M logo, remember it’s not only a symbolic expression of the mindful process that’s involved in creating a quality balanced product. Our logo also expresses our pledge of social responsibility to the local, national and international charities and foundations that empower and improve the quality of our life as a society.

OUR PATH TO CREATING MINDFUL PRODUCTS

COREY_MEDITATE_2_SMALL

Hi There! My name is Corey Taylor and I am the Owner/CEO of Mindful Methods LLC. Here at Mindful Methods we are firm believers in the philosophy of living a life of mindfulness and balance. When it comes to products we create and use on a daily basis, form should be intricately balanced with function.

In the mid-90s, I started suffering from eczema and psoriasis. As a 14 year old, just starting high school, I felt isolated and extremely self-conscious about my skin. I tried all the popular skin care soaps, lotions, and washes, but realized early on that they were too expensive and didn’t quite help the dry patches and skin itchiness I was experiencing.

After graduating high school and entering the Air Force in 1998, I began practicing seated meditation, yoga, and Tai Chi Chuan. My interest in holistic health and gemstone healing soared. It was during this time I started creating my own gemstone jewelry and handmade soaps and lotions. Thus, my path towards creating Mindful Methods was born.

Today, Mindful Methods specializes in authentic handmade gemstone jewelry, handmade bath and body products, organic cotton apparel, and Yoga/Meditation Accessories that compliment a Mindful Lifestyle.

We use authentic healing gemstones in our mala beads and gemstone bracelets that have a documented history of holistic healing applications and aid in chakra balance, transformation and protection from undesired energy and negative electromagnetic frequencies.

Our handcrafted Bath & Body products are completely handmade and do not contain any harsh irritating chemicals such as Propylene Glycol, BHT, Ceteareth-20, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, or Stearic acid.

Our T-shirts & apparel are made from 100% Organic Cotton and are not treated with pesticides, insecticides, herbicides and Genetically Modified Organisms. These toxins are harmful for farmers and workers, us as consumers, and the entire wildlife eco-systems.

Our Eco-friendly Natural Tree Rubber Yoga Mats are not only made with Natural Tree Rubber (a sustainable eco-friendly product), but are Biodegradable, 100% Recyclable, Silicone free, and contain No Phthalates!

Peace, Love and Light,

Corey Taylor and the Mindful Methods Team
